Would these shoes be appropriate for orientation? The email said no sneakers / canvas. However these do enclose my foot and are boots? Just curious if they wanted dress shoes or something to work in?

So I don’t know if anyone has ever talked about this as I thought it was a glitch in my first playthrough. however in the top right corner in one of the closed door rooms there is a member of the sightless way? Is there any reason he is there? I’m assuming he’s just like an infiltrator?
