Just pulled Chisa and plan to pull Lucilla next patch, are any of their sigs worth it over the standard 5*s? If so, which one is a bigger boost? Thanks.

What would be the better pull, given that I currently have S2R1 and plan to pull at least S0R0 Lucilla when she comes out?

Originally also planned on also getting Chisa next banner but I kinda ran out of echo exp and waveplates so building another character would be a hassle, and I heard how she might get replaced by a glacio chafe healer later. My current third slot options are S1 Mornye and S0 Shorekeeper.
