Ordinances address unmet social needs in South Burlington
The SB sub is dead, so asking here: I’m reading this in the Other Paper but I’m not understanding the ordinances. If anyone can explain like I’m 5, I would appreciate it. Also, were these changes voted on? How were they developed? What’s your opinion on this?
