I wanna get better at melodic techno.

I’ve been making/producing music for 7-8 years.
And i have a few good melodic techno tracks but for some reason i feel like im losing it or the tracks im making aren’t going anywhere

How can i start getting motivation, or unlocking the ability to move forward and quit rewinding and changing stuff

I’m attending Paragon Flight school in GA. The state of GA offers school funding assistance depending on your school grades. I was a A/B student. I was approved for it.

But how can I use that for a stand alone flight school? Is it even possible ?
