What does CABG look like with low EF and low BP. My aunt was diagnosed with triple vessel disease, her major blood vessels are 90 to 99% blocked with one complete total occlusion. The surgeons are hesitant to answer questions.

What does a CABG with a low ef and low bp look like? My aunt is going to undergo one, her ef is at 25 and her bp sits at 80/60 with her meds. She's got triple vessel disease and has an enlarged heart. Surgeons are hesitant to answer questions for some reason.
