Hey everyone! I'm trying to install a trunk lock on my 67 mustang fastback (don't have the original unfortunately) but the hole in the panel doesn't have any slots and can only fit the "barrel" of the lock, not the flanges. All the latches i could find online seem to be the same design. Before I started cutting/grinding, I figured I'd ask if anyone has run into this before, or if there is a different lock style I need to find. Thanks so much!

Hey everyone, I recently inherited a 1967 Mustang Fastback GT from my grandfather. He completely disassembled the car in the 80s to restore, but never did so it's been sitting in his garage ever since. During that time some rodents chewed through some wires. Does anyone know what these might possibly go to? The wires are located under the dash between the gas pedal and brake pedal. I don't see any other chewed wires and there isn't a connector that i can find that these might go to. I've looked through some wiring diagrams, but wasn't able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated, thanks so much!
