Redbud Stolen Items
Whoever at Redbud stole my two brand new Mototees chairs that I just bought today, my brand new FMF umbrella, my Monster drawstring bag with my ponchos, 2 sets of clothes, sandles, tampons, PRESCRIPTION GLASSES!!! my Pit Vipers (which are scratched anyways so 🖕🏽)contact case, my tanning lotions, my Star Wars cooler(that was pretty gross by the way) with my energy drinks, my FMF tumbler, and beef jerky which was all was VELCROED to the chairs in the infield by the leap in front of the REDBUD painted in the grass - I hope you you choke.
The one thing I always loved about the moto community was that everyone respected each other and their things. 5 outdoor races and 8 Supercross races over the last 2 years and I have never had anyone touch my stuff until today.
If you were like me and trusted leaving your stuff for even a few moments - re-think that. Or get an AirTag and sew that shit into the stitching.
If you’re that person and you see this, or know who took my things, do the right thing and at LEAST give me my glasses back.
Thank GOD I didn’t take off my necklace with my mom’s ashes in it and put it in my bag. Or my car key. I almost wish my phone was in it so I could track it to some degree.
Today was a good day at my favorite place - I know things could be worse but damn, this sucks and my faith in the community has been heavily hurt. I thought we all looked out and helped each other - not stole from each other.
If I would’ve know leaving to get food and walk it back to the car after the race and before the gates closed would’ve costed me around $600 I would’ve said “forget the food”.
