Strategy

What’s your strategy if REGAL goes well? Are you planning on selling everything or take some profits and keep part of the position? Isn’t there a risk that everyone starts selling at the first big peak and the stock then drops hard? Wouldyou guys wait for a potential BO instead?

And then there is SLS009. If REGAL goes well and Sellas eventually gets bought out, how do you think about that if SLS009 is still developing and could potentially become a huge asset further down the line? Wouldn’t a BO potentially mean giving up the future upside from SLS009?

Isn’t it a done deal? Or am I missing something

Could the most overlooked bullish signal be the combo of REGAL’s unusually slow event accrual and the fact that the trial is specifically CR2/CRp2 AML patients who are not transplant candidates? The earlier CR2 GPS study reported ~21 months median OS vs 5.4 months with standard care, while regal has now taken an unusually long time to reach 80 events. If modern non-transplant AML can have longer survival than historical controls, shouldn’t the key question be whether BAT has also improved substantially, and if it hasn’t, could the survival tail in regal imply a much larger GPS effect than the market is pricing in? Am I missing something obvious here? Have you guys looked at the Kugler/Kantarijan study?
