Google Play Developer account terminated for "High Risk Behavior" need help with appeal (RaSolar)

Hi everyone,

Our Google Play Developer account for RaSolar was terminated and I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar and can share advice.

What happened:

We received an email from Google Play saying our account is permanently terminated due to "High Risk Behavior" under the Policy Coverage policy. The exact message says they identified "a pattern of high risk or abuse" associated with our account.

What we know:

- We did NOT knowingly violate any policies

- Our app is a legitimate solar energy app

- We have not received any prior warnings or strikes that we are aware of

- There are no associated terminated accounts we know of

What we've done so far:

- Read the Policy Coverage policy thoroughly

- Submitted an appeal via the Google Play Console

- Waiting for a response (told it can take 7+ days)

My questions for the community:

  1. Has anyone successfully appealed a "High Risk Behavior" termination? What worked?

  2. Is there anything specific to mention in the appeal to increase chances of reinstatement?

  3. Are there any Google Play support channels that are actually helpful beyond the standard appeal form?

  4. Could this be triggered by something like device/IP/payment overlap with another account?

Any help or shared experience is greatly appreciated. This is a big blow for our small team and we're trying everything we can.
