Possibility for 20/20?

I’m considering PRK and have pretty high regular astigmatism in both eyes (about -5.00 D OD and -4.00 D OS). My corneal topography showed no signs of keratoconus or other corneal dystrophy, and the rest of my eye exam was normal. What confuses me is that my existing glasses prescription was recorded as giving me 20/20- vision in each eye, but during the new manifest refraction I only reached around 20/25, and the doctor wrote that I’m “best corrected to 20/25” likely due to meridional/astigmatic amblyopia. Since I’ve apparently achieved close to 20/20 with my current glasses, how likely is it that PRK could get me to 20/20 without glasses?

Medical worry with airborne and future eligibility for SFAS or RASP

I am currently looking to get an Airborne Option 4 contract for a combat arms job in hopes of eventually attending Special Operations selection. The problem at hand is that my eyes are only correctable with glasses to 20/25, so my recruiter says Airborne might be difficult to get a waiver for.
My question is: if I can’t get a waiver for Option 4, can I just sign an infantry contract with Option 19, choose Fort Bragg, and go to Airborne School through the 82nd? Or how should I circumvent this issue if I can’t get an Option 4 contract?

Help with power predicament

Currently working on a project requiring the raspberry pi 5 I’m running a small led, a 10 in touch screen and two decently nice resolution cameras off it, the problem is that I have it plugged into this battery the powdeom 42,000 mhz or whatever one into the 65 w usbc port, through this port the pi is able to get power even when the battery isn’t “turned on” as long as there is charge in the battery for every other port on the I have to press the button on the battery to turn it on then those ports gets power, but I’m pretty sure if the battery completely dies I have to turn the battery on again and then unplug the pi and plug it back in for it to function how I want it, and now I have to make another change to the project where something else needs to draw from the same port but I don’t want to use a splitter, any advice on how to do this, I want the entire system to be able to turned on and off with one button but obviously not put too much load on the pi, it’s currently running fine with everything connected to it with no power warning, there is also a geekpi power conversion board connected between the battery and the pi to convert power to 5v 5a any advice on how to do this? Ways to make all other ports supply power without having to turn on the battery first?

How would I fare against eod school

I’m currently a robotics engineering major who’s in the process of trying to get a contract, just waiting on my waivers, I did pretty well on my SAT and I got a 97 on the asvab, I heard this course is very academically rigorous, I am wondering how this course is academically compared to my major, I’ve taken up to calculus 3 and physics 2 and did pretty well in those, though I am very weak at chemistry am I over thinking this

Help me save my board please

My Raspberry Pi 5 gives 3 long + 3 short green ACT LED flashes with no SD card and no peripherals attached. I performed EEPROM bootloader recovery and got the green success screen, but after removing the recovery card the same 3 long + 3 short error returns with only USB-C power connected. Board is visually clean and undamaged. Anything I can do to save my board?
