What does everyone know about mites?

I’m working with a new foster group and they didn’t disclose my foster has mites. I’m irked. She’s on meds so it’s being treated. Since she sleeps in bed with me I’m starting to get bites. I messaged my doctor.

Has anyone dealt with this? Suggestions?

A good run of bad choices

I have hit the skids of bad book choices. I DNF like 3 books in 2 days which is unheard of for me. I read one today that was terrible, but plowed through because…

I went back and reread my favorite Susie Tate books because I needed to cleanse my palate.

So, if anyone has a good Susie Tate like book recommendation ( strong FMC, found family, humor mixed with grovel mixed with tears), about 300-350 pages I’m here for it.

OR…alternately if you have good instalove along the lines of Nichole Rose, Kat Baxter, or Loni Ree I’ll take those too. Humor, OTT, and no angst.

Signed,
A depressed romance reader 😞

Sadie Kincaid’s new book “Made” was excellent

I will admit that Sadie Kincaid is hit or miss for me because a lot of her books are reverse harem and that’s a hard pass for me. But, I also like her writing style. The last of her “Manhattan Ruthless” came out today and I loved it. It’s a friends to lovers and it was excellent. Also, I loved the sibling dynamic and the deep love and respect they have for each other. I’d absolutely recommend it if you’re looking for a little angsty, a little humor, a little spicy.

It’s not as good as “Fierce King” and “Fierce Queen” which are my favorites of hers, but I’d give it a solid 4/5.
