I have changed my city design for 3rd time , please rate me and suggest me some changes which my city actually needed ;)

I think EA definately makes light more brighter but it also takes my phone battery so fast .

One of my club member have lvl 16 aqua dome , and he wants the final cost of aqua dome for fully upgrade in simcash. Anyone knows?

I LIKE IT THAT EA MAKING 2ND WEEKS ALBUM EASY WITHOUT GIVING UPGRADABLE BUILDING TO SPECIFIC LVL BUT I THINK PLAYERS NEED TO GRIND FOR "INDEPENDENCE OVERLOOK". PROBABLY NEED ABOVE 6K PINK PLUMBOB POINT.

So guys please suggest me , Will I wait for 2nd week album to upgrade this and get more coins or I buy seasonal buildings first ? Im on standard pass.

Is any one knows about the total cost of simcash needed to fully upgrade these two buildings? Specially port Hercules, I got it for free after Monaco season.
