Picked up this 1993 Honda Fourtrax from a friend for $300. Ran fine last summer w/ a new battery, sat for the winter. When I went to pick it up this spring it started right up, but then died almost immediately. Drained the old gas and put in fresh, but couldn't get it to start again. Felt like it was close, but it just got worse. Now, as in the attached video, it's just clicking and doing nothing. I'm in northern New England, and would love to use it to plow this winter. I'm moderately handy, but don't have much experience w/ATVs.

Any advice on next steps to get it running? TIA
