I am so excited for Gott's Roadside. When will it open?

Ever since the Window opened on Montana, I have been in a total burger mode...

Has anyone else heard of the new Alpha school opening on Main Street?

They don't have any classroom teachers. The students spend a few hours each day learning from AI software on laptops and are overseen by guides who aren't allowed to teach. The school says its students do better than kids at top schools like Harvard Westlake. But a lot of parents think kids spend too much classroom time on screens already. The Santa Monica Sun did a big story about this school. I will post the link in the comments. Would you trust this kind of school for your kids?

What's going on with Kimuya space on Wilshire and Yale? It has been empty for 5 years.

The space was beautiful inside. Why has no one tried to reopen in there?
