I have dubbed this cat Bob for his half tail.
This is a feral cat that has been hanging around my house every night and I started feeding. He has half a tail hence the name Bob. His ear isn't clipped so I assume he isn't neutered. He is very skiddish around people which makes me believe he has no owner. I have never trapped neutered and released a cat before. Where do I begin and should I do anything at all?

Why is he so damn cute!?
I know he's not a full tux but my son is adorable. I need to see your tux's adorable sleeping positions.
