Logistics of moving heavier inventory as a sole operator?

I have been setting up pokemon card vending machines, which are naturally very easy to stock as a sole operator as the product is not heavy at all.

I am looking at traditional food and drink vending at the moment, and would like to also start doing it as well, but the part I'm a bit hesitant about is dealing with "heavy" stuff like cases of drinks. I can lift them, but I have a disc problem in my back that could potentially make this difficult for me. How hard is it really, in terms of lugging around heavy stuff, for a sole operator who has back issues...is it that much of a problem?

Getting into Grocery Stores?

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on getting placement in a grocery store?

I realize only certain types of vending would work at a grocery store, but I REALLY want to get into one (My machines vend pokemon cards). So far all the emails I send have been unresponsive, and I haven't gotten call backs when I try to call. Once I break through to one, I feel like I'll really get going though.

I have been messaging potential locations for my TCG machines (pokemon, magic the gathering, one piece etc..). One spot, a boba tea shop, requested 25% of gross revenue. I assume this is a lot to give to a location, yes? Not sure if the location share for a TCG machine would be different compared to a traditional food and drink machine.

I am new to vending, so would like to hear other operator thoughts on this.

My machines hold 120 items at a time.
