Suggestions what to check next please
I’ve been iterating an ultra low profile cable clip for flat ethernet cables, so far I’ve printed around 20 of them without issue, then suddenly it won’t stay on the build plate, my assumption at this stage is it’s being hit by, or dragged off by, the nozzle, it prints up to around 5mm in height then detaches and gets dragged around by the print head.
I went back and printed my last working 3mf, same thing, so I printed a shopping cart coin from makerworld to test, printed perfectly.
Filament is Creality PETG opened about a month ago, it is dry, AMS reports level A.
P1S, about 2 years old with 171 print hours (Yeah, I know, I don’t have much free time…)
Hardened steel .4 nozzle with about 100 hours on it, only ever used for PLA and PETG
Washed the build plate, no change
Cleaned with ISO, no change
Replaced the build plate with a brand new unused Biqu textured plate, no change
Replaced the build plate with a brand new unused Bambu Cool Supertack plate (not the pro), no change.
Ran a full initial calibration, no change
Ran a full flow dynamics and Flow Rate calibration, no change
Kinda stuck as to what to try next…
Suggestions please?
