hey there! i've been playing around with some online SDR receiver websites, and we found one based in poland and were just playing around with it

we got to 15770 kHz and heard some really odd audio, talking about veganism and vegetarianism, but also in a religious context? it then turned into a korean programme for a short period of time, mentioning various options of subtitles

it's oddly unnerving because of what they're saying and the bgm/intonation, would anyone have an idea what it could be?
