Hi all! Looking for a day of coordinator for a June 2027 wedding.

Small wedding of 45 people or less.

Needs:

- Set up the reception brunch space before everyone gets there

- Make sure all the things on my list and schedule I planned are good

-Support with unexpected emergencies

- Maintain the flow of the schedule + things are moving smoothly to plan

-From 9am to 5pm

This event does NOT have much vendor coordination, as they will be dealing directly with the restaurant the brunch will be in for everything.

I really just need someone for the day of, they have minimal preparation to do beyond meeting with me to discuss the plan that I made.

Looking to spend 3k or less if possible.

Seriously considering Palo Santo Brooklyn for my reception.

Problem is I have about 44 people on the list and the back only seats 36.

The event manager said 12 people can fit outside (back patio) but seems like a tight fit and thats where I was hoping to sit at a fancy table. Can anyone look at the layout to see if that could work? Anyone have an event there before?

There is also a front space for people to sit at but I feel like that's way too detached for a wedding and those people would feel excluded. Anyone have any suggestions for places that look similar? I LOVE the vibe.

TDLR- I love Palo Santo Brooklyn but I am worried not enough people will fit to sit together.
