I'm a second time founder (first exited) post-seed working on an idea in proptech. I think there are a lot of us here building companies, that would be up for a meet up? Perhaps we can simply book a pub garden, and have some drinks and chat/network. Is there any demand for this? I can set up a WhatsApp groupchat if so. I come from a legal/finance pov, and in these fields some startups are getting lots of traction in getting AI co-pilots that help you get to an 80% draft much quicker, I'm a former lawyer and there is one in IP that I used myself and found really helpful (its essentially become the standard workflow in quite a short period of time). They don't replace humans as you really need the human judgement, but it does supercharge your productivity. So my question to you all is, will the valuation piece in property valuation go in that same direction? I know AVMs exist, but they're not really good for anything non-standard I'd imagine, surely an AI co-pilot that pulls information from everywhere would give you a much better result?
