Returned to vaping after my second quit, looking for input

I got a vape again a couple days ago. Made it 27 days and each one of those days was still a win.

I woke up with very intense cravings for my drugs of choice and vaping, I knew, was a way I could practice harm reduction because I felt the compulsion in that moment and just really needed something with enough kick to shut my mind up. I know that is already addictive behavior in itself, but I can't expect perfection.

In the meantime, I am going to try to plan for a new quit date and until then try to re-establish my coping skills and decompression routines so that I can utilize them more easily in this new environment since moving to a new facility. I am probably going to go through with utilizing mental health services as well, because I know that SUD and MH go hand in hand and that I could almost certainly benefit from it after confronting my own cognitive blocks about it.

I was wondering what your take on it would be, because I do not want to see a pattern of getting too intense cravings for my DOCs and folding on the nicotine.
