I'm trying to run starlight Billy's best team being silly, Norma, and Lucia but I'm not sure if I should still use bangvolver. I've tried looking it up a few times before and now but it still says that bangvolver is my best choice even on a team that doesn't have 2 physical characters. A little help on the matter? Still kinda new to zzz team building
