Help please, I think I was attacked

This looks very sus to me. I went to bed and I woke up to this. One track that had just 1400 plays exploded to 42k, and two other tracks from 300 to 8k each. I think I was attacked deliberately by someone. What should I do? I do not think a person could listen to a track in 6 hours for 2k plus times...that's not possible...6 hours x60 mins that's 360 minutes divine it to 3 that's 120 plays...but 2k plays? Thats bot 200% . What dshould i do?

I contacted support and got a very quick reply. Apparently I did get attacked by bots. They gave me advice what to do to mitigate the issue and now things are back to normal.

I dont know why people say SC does not reply, they answered me in max 20mins.

Most of the peps here is the chat we're quick to judge and say things like getting banned.

SC mentioned nothing about any bans, infact they were very helpful and supportive.

Amplify not working// but we pay the sub?

Edit: 31st May 2026 13:12. So I uploaded a track i made in 2014, literally no AI :) 😀 just to test a theory...and pressed amplify...zero plays. I then created two new test accounts one with AI generated music and one with a track made in 2015. Both of them amplified and both of them zero plays for far. Its been more than 4 hours and still zero plays. My main account is old, since day 1 with SoundCloud and got tons of tracks I made since day one. Lets see, ill update if anything changes in the next 20-24 hours...which is doubt...

@soundcloud you guys have your platform messed up. You promised a service to your subscription clients. You are not fulfilling that and you are taking that money.

Since last Sunday this issue started with a huge spike for many users on 26th May.

When are you going to going to speak out to the community and at least inform us. Simple thing like " hey guys look, there is a technical issue. We will fix in maximum 1 week or 2 week." I swear that would solve many issues.

But no, you play the silence game. So unprofessional @soundcloud.

Since 26 may issue started, amplified tracks have 0 plays since 26 may. I saw a slow drop fron that Sunday prior to 26th. Since then, all track that get amplified get 0 plays.

I even uploaded a fresh track yesterday, still zero till today.

Also, support teams are not answering the questions directly. They keep dodging to answer the question.

I asked why my tracks are zero even the newly uploaded ones. And Suport team responded :) 😀 " maybe your distributor uploaded them more than 14 day ago, so it is not eligible " ... but i mentioned in my message that even new track uploaded recently get 0.

This proves that they dont care, and who ever is at support just has orders to dodge stuff of does not care.

Perhaps soundcloud is dying? What ever it is, I am disappointed. I have been with SoundCloud since the very first day...I am very disappointed.
