Isn’t letting me upgrade my ultimate captain past 83 even tho I have the points for the next tier

I was terrified to do this. But I actually like it, thanks for the suggestions and encouragement 🙏🏼

First two pictures are me without hairspray/ texture powder. The others are pics of me with those products in my hair. I’m getting tired of having to mess with it every single day. I’m unsure if committing to shaving it is the right move at this time or if I should continue just using products everyday. Thoughts?
