I think there is a possibility that the CEO and the other snakes at SRXH gained and abused Eric's trust, made him sign some shady stuff and now he cannot speak without the board approval as he is a mere subsidiary director.

Eric was there for us when it mattered, thinking about OPEN. Let's stand with him and show him our support. Just imagine, one day everyone loves you on X because you made them money, the next day you got tricked by Kent and Michael and you watch your company crash on the stock exchange and you read death threats from retail investors.

We were supposed to solve the shareholder equity deficiency by the 14th of July. To solve this, SRXH must submit audited financial statements. I think they have submitted that for review after the market closed and now the NYSE has halted trading until they validate that the deficiency has been solved

People forget that Berkshire is GEICO and the investing arm. GEICO generates cash for the investing arm of Berkshire, and here we will see the same set-up, but with pet food instead of insurance.

And Berkshire owns so much more, companies like Duracell and all that, so we get a real business and the most prolific capital allocator of our decade, the charismatic Eric Jackson. I believe we will keep the pet food business and also add more businesses in the future.
