I've had neck pain for over 3 years. Last year a MRI showed herniated c4-c5 touching but not impinging the nerve. I've done all the normal PT, NSAIDS, oral steroids and now a cervical injection.

I had the injection on Wednesday and have had zero pain relief. But my pain responds nearly instantly to oral steroids which no one feels comfortable prescribing. What else should I be asking?
