Loving the Navi so far! Modding this little thing with inexpensive parts has really been a fun hobby and riding it in the back roads of SC is really a stress-reliever. Wanted to incorporate a bit of cafe style into it and I think it looks great!

Was cruising this morning, until I heard a loud metal rubbing noise. Kickstart lever was all the way forward. Took it back home and opened the CVT. Everything looks perfect, but this fell out. Also noticed that the bolt that holds the variator looks a bit stripped at the end. Unsure if this caused the problem. Anyone had a similar situation?
