I am a 33-year-old man working in sales. I started a 401(k) when I was 28, but I’ve never held a job for longer than one year and eight months. I recently got married five months ago, and thankfully, my wife is a saver.
Excluding her rental property, we share about $112,000 in debt:

$17,000 auto loan
$25,000 HELOC
$70,000 in student loans

Both of us are currently working, we have a baby on the way, and we have roughly $15,000 saved in cash.
Should we focus on paying down our debt aggressively, or should we go all-in on building our savings? What should our next steps be? I would love to hear everyone's advice.
