Is it possible to get a good rank with only 1.5 months left for NEET PG?

There are roughly 1.5 months left for NEET PG. Is it realistically possible to improve from this level and achieve a decent/good rank?
What should I focus on to increase my score quickly—more revisions, GT analysis, PYQs, or improving my accuracy and reducing negative marking?
If anyone has improved significantly from a similar GT score in the last 1–2 months, please share your strategy and experience. Any practical advice would be really helpful.

How many proper revisions are actually enough before the exam?

Everywhere I look people talk about multiple rapid revisions and sometimes it genuinely feels overwhelming
For those who already got a good rank:
How many full revisions did you realistically complete?
Were they detailed revisions or quick recalls?
And how did you keep revision productive instead of just rereading notes passively?
Trying to figure out what’s normal and avoid unnecessary panic.

4 months left for NEET PG — is a major score jump still possible?

Starting serious NEET PG prep from today. Last GT score was 90 corrects. I’m mainly using BTR and RR for preparation, with a few standard resources for weaker subjects.

If I study consistently for the next 4 months, what score/rank improvement is realistically possible?

Would love to hear from people who had a big jump in GTs in the final months.
