Is this crack something I need to be worried about?
I just got this horse a few days ago (for free) hes a 12 to 14 year old gelding. The guy who gave him to me said he has problems on his front 2 feet and im taking him to the ferrier on Friday to hopefully get more an idea of what's wrong but when I pick his feet he wont let me even get close to this one. Its his back left hoof and im just wondering if I should do anything before I take him in.
Im fairly new to horses and any tips related or not would be super helpful!
