Can anyone else hear what seems to be a chimp screeching at 2:16 in the song. Like the classic chimp noise from the movies. It always stuck out to me and I can’t be the only one who noticed it.

To be honest I don’t really know what this means entirely but I like how dramatic it is. It always stuck out to me. I like its delivery. Makes me think of the situations in my life. But yea morrissey has such a way with words and this is one of my favorite examples.
Does anyone have anything to say about this line? Where it might come from or what you think of it?
