Bought this house a few years ago and it’s always had different grass underneath the tree vs further away. Closer to the tree looks like Kentucky Bluegrass and further is annual bluegrass from what my app says. I live in north Alabama. We have a sprinkler system but it’s around our flower bed, not our lawn. What would be a few course of actions to make this all the same grass and less patchy? Appreciate any help!
