$DVLT high risk, high reward, but the Q1 miss was brutal

Bull case: Clarity Act just passed committee. If it becomes law, DVLT's dividend coin / tokenization model gets a green light. 800M in contracts, 250M funding. Institutions (Vanguard, BlackRock) piled in. Short interest >20%, short volume ratio hit 62% Friday. Squeeze potential is real if narrative flips.

Bear case: Q1 revenue was 3.4M vs 20M estimate. Gross margin 3% but burn is insane. They need 50M+/quarter to hit 200M guidance. Insiders selling only (CEO dumped 312k shares). GF Value says fair price is 0.03.

Betting on a legislative miracle + perfect execution. Could 10x or go to zero. Not for grandma's IRA.

NFA Just the facts.

A no-BS community for real due diligence on $DVLT (Datavault AI). Bulls and bears welcome. Facts, filings, and financials only. No pumping, no banning people for posting Yahoo Finance data.

Hey everyone! I'm u/Outrageous-Fail-1368, a founding moderator of r/DVLT_DD.

This community exists because posting Yahoo Finance data got someone permanently banned from the largest $DVLT subreddit. Read the filings. Do your own research. Nobody here is your financial advisor.

700M outstanding shares is enough and a bad sign for a penny stock.

For context: that’s not a company. That’s a share factory.
700M shares outstanding on a $0.55 stock = ~$385M market cap. For a company with $39M revenue, $32M net loss last quarter, and a CEO who just promised “zero dilution” before dumping 109M new shares a week later.
Every pump gets absorbed by the float. Every rally is someone’s exit.
This is what a dilution machine looks like.
