Am i making a mistake
I’m 23 and have been a CNA for about three years. I have an interview tomorrow for a job that starts at $18.50 an hour. Right now, I’m making $25 an hour, not including the differential.
I like the feeling of helping people, especially when they see that you’re making a difference and acknowledge you for it. But I’m tired, both mentally and physically. CNAs are the foundation of healthcare, yet we often get the sh*t end of the stick.
This new job would help me get my water operator license, CDL, and tractor operator license, and my pay would increase as I earn those licenses. What do you guys think
