I'm on 40 mg vilazodone and I'm trying to figure out if I should take a dose. I can't remember taking it, but I ate the meal I prepared for it a while ago. I don't think I'm feeling the usual bump up in mood, so I think its more likely I missed the dose, but I'm worried cause 40 mg is such a high dose and I'm nervous about the consequences of doubling up if ai did already take it
