First Rewatch 6 years after

Going through my first rewatch. I realized now that Brody was just a victim of circumstances. Everyone in his life including his family despise him while his only mistake was being caught 8 years ago. When I first watched it, I got sucked in the narrative of him being a terrorist and didn't like him much for that. However, now I can't help but feel bad for him. Nobody around him seems to realize that the man was a hostage for a good portion of his life.

I know for this part a lot of people are gonna hate me for this, but Dana is not a really good person. She's the perfect embodiment of a person who thinks they are a good, so they that get the privilege to disrespect everyone. A lot of it can be attributed to being young and a teenager, but she still didn't backdown when she saw that her father was under a lot of pressure from the CIA the and they were basically running his life.
