There is a woman in my neighborhood who lives outside with her two cats. I have offered to help her but she says she is okay. I brought her some protein bars, water and food for her cats, but I want to do more. She is very kind and grateful. I worry about their safety and worry about them especially with the heat. Does anyone have ideas to help her? She does not want to be separated from her cats and I know a lot of shelters do not allow animals. Thank you in advance!!
