AuDHD, lost support network, moved to VIC and need help
I was diagnosed and treated in ACT/NSW most of my adult life.
I had family, supports, a good job and was generally doing life as best as I could.
Life threw me a curve ball and it all sorta fell apart.
I moved to Melbourne, lost access to my psych and meds and have ultimately been here untreated for the last 3 years.
I am not doing very well anymore.
Unmedicated and unemployed, I want to get back to a baseline of functionality once more, but I am seemingly unable to get there.
I am unsure of how to re-access support and medication.
I am highly avoidant and depressed, hence having not taken any action these last few years.
I am lucky enough to have a home, but I have run out of savings and I am now struggling with food costs and the concept of drs and psychiatry seem almost an impossibility atm.
Just looking for some realistic information/guidelines to help direct me in the right direction.
