Newer version has so many new enchants. Please help

Please suggest another weapon/build for weapon. I just can't make the same weapon for the gazilionth time (it doesn't matter if its not optimal).

I've been playing this version of dregora and i noticed that from time to time, my pc simply gets super laggy. Iminage as if you're playing an online game and you start to lag super hard... but on the pc.

Does anyone know if this versions features super lags?
