Green tea consumption and steeping method

I drink on average 6-9 cups of green tea per day.
I drink a loose leaf sencha green tea.
Steeping as follows: 0.75-1tbsp first steep 30 seconds at a little under 180 degrees fahrenheit. Second steep same leaves 35-45 seconds at same temperature, 3rd steep 3-10 minutes, 190 degrees fahrenheit. I find that this steeping method produces the best flavor for me personally. What does Reddit think? Do you have a different method? Does anyone else re-steep several times to enjoy difference in flavor and * more green tea?

Any organic Japanese green tea recommendations?

I really enjoy the Yamasan sencha green tea, also the fukumushi, and genmaicha. However I think the Yamasan tops all.

Tea steeper

I would like to purchase a stainless steel tea steeper. There are so many choices and I am currently looking at Amazon. I like to drink anywhere from 1 tbsp- 2/2.5 tbsp worth of steeped tea leaves, and I like to steep my tea in an 8 oz cup. What do you think are the best options for me?
