Been feeling really bad particularly today, had a sore throat from Wednesday but just assumed it was a viral thing.
Now on top I have a blocked ear with the ringing /heart beat sensation, blocked nose, dizziness and heavy chest. Hard to tell if I’ve got a fever because the weather is hot at the minute anyway.
Body is a bit sore but not awful.
Would anyone recommend what I can do to help this? I work in a nursery and hate calling in sick but if I’m not better or any worse I won’t be going in tomorrow
