Do we as a profession need PTAs? asking as a PT who doesn’t work in an office with PTAs

Trying to get a feel for general opinions- I’ve never been in an office that had PTAs so I don’t know how they integrate into day to day care.
What are the pros and cons of having PTAs on staff? Does this vary in different settings? Wondering what everyone’s thoughts are.

Looking for any recommendations on CEU courses that focus on incorporating Yoga into practice. Ideally online but willing to go in person if something is offered in NJ/NY/PA area.
