It’s been a couple years since I got new glasses. I had my exam done this past Friday and the lady said it could take up to a month for NIHB to approve my glasses. Which is crazy! Is this true? Should I just forget about it and wait til they call? Lol I do not remember being given such a long wait timeline before.
Initially I didn’t feel worried about my mild concussion because the doctor didn’t seem concerned about it after assessing me. But the more that I feel the symptoms, the more I am worrying about not recovering and getting back to normal. I’m on day 3 and my symptoms feel a little worse today, but not enough to go back to the ER. The only advice the doctor had was to rest, which is hard to do with a feral toddler who wants to play. Any mamas out there with advice? How do I help myself recover while being a parent? I’m trying to stay away from Google because it just makes the anxiety worse. 😅 I’d like to hear from those with experience.
