10/7 mm acoustic neuroma. Advise?

Just got my MRI results and seems that I have a 10/7mm neuroma on my acoustic nerve. What chances I have of getting back my full hearing? How risky it is to affect my facial nerve if I get the gamma knife radio surgery ?

EDIT: Md recommended to have another MRI after 6 months before deciding how to tackle it. What do u think?
