I work lights for a theater production, and we use a Titan Mobile console for the lighting program. They've had before I joined and lost the dongle then too. Yesterday the laptop we used to run the software had its battery swell and is unsafe to use or even turn on. So were stuck, unable to use our lighting board because we can't get the software on a new computer. Any advice or help?
