Hey, just wondered if anyone could give me some tips, looking at booking my first ever solo holiday at the ripe old age of 40 and am very apprehensive! I’m looking at booking it via tour companies for three days middle of September but coming up at like £700 without baggage and b&b! Just not sure I want to spend that much but also not sure I want to do it without tour operator as in my mind with company I have back up if anything goes wrong. Just some opinions on where to stay, dos and don’ts etc please :-)

Anyone having problems with inspire three tracking! I’ve tried changing heart rates etc and still
I can do full gym class and not get any higher than moderate heart rate yet my heart is thudding and can’t breath
