Ideas for MRP/WMS for "complex" Shopify/Amazon D2C&B2B Company

Heya! We're currently looking for some advice from people who’ve been through this mess.. 😅

We’re a $1–15M D2C (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart) & B2B business with around 20-25 Employees and trying to replace our current WMS to clean up bottlenecks to something that can preferably still work with QuickBooks. ERP (NetSuite, Acumatica etc.) are in the talks, but feel like a steep upgrade from our otherwise casual operations.

Must-haves:

• Shopify + Amazon (MFN + FBA) integration

• Multi-warehouse (With capabilities to track FBA ideally)

• Bin, lot, and expiry tracking

• BOMs / light manufacturing / kitting (We sell individual items, but also use them to manufacture larger items that get sold)

• Shipping integration

Strong UOM support* (this is critical): same Item sold as each, inner cartons, and master cases with proper inventory conversions and pick/pack handling!

We’re currently looking at Cin7 Core, but open to other suggestions or real-world experiences.

Ideally this platform would be the "home" for most of our workers to handle everything from start to finish, except finances. No more excel sheets, no double entries,...

What has worked well for you (and what should we avoid)?

Our last demo was with Katana which I truly enjoyed, but their platform does not have the UM support we need, as you can receive in Case and Each, but only sell in Each.

It's (unfortunately..) non-negotiable for us to have the option to say for example "ABC-1" is the SKU for Each, ABC-10 for a box of 10, ABC-200 for Case of 200 with automatic, native conversion.
