Are these toys good for my mini hamster? I don't have many options

So like the title says, are these suitable? This is my first hamster so I don't have a point of reference. Plus it's proven really hard finding toys in my country. None good in physical stores and barely any online. This set seems to me like it's on the better side though.

edit: After looking for bird toys, I found a website that had some individual stuff and I think they are pretty good.

How exactly should I feed my hamster broccoli?

This question might be a bit stupid but i just got my hamster (3 days ago) and I don't really get how feeding fresh veggies works.

In this case I am asking specifically for broccoli since I bought some. I know I should introduce it slowly but if he ends up liking it, can I give it to him every day? (And that goes for other vegetables). The ones that are high in sugar shouldn't be given every day, but what about broccoli, cauliflower, ect.? In my country finding good food blend seems hard, hence why i want to give him fresh veggies if possible. I had to sift trough the blend I got him and it took 5 hours... I wish I was joking.

Also, can I freeze the broccoli? It's not a watery veggie, so would that be ok to do?

P.s. I have a mini hamster.
