I’m a relatively new safety manager (8 years doing inspections, 2 years in management and full compliance), and I just switched to the manufacturing industry to a company with a pretty spotty EHS program. I’m trying to identify what hazardous materials we have through our SDS library, but it’s giving me some trouble. I’m clear on our hazwaste and have that under control, and am clear on our obvious hazardous materials (I.e our 55gal drums of isopropyl alcohol). Anyone have any tips or tricks to make this process hurt my brain less?
