This is an oc I have been having but haven't really used

It was made by a friend of mine back in school

A little lore: He is a cryokinetic bear whose village was attacked by Doctor Robotnik

Due to this, he was made an orphan and went home to home trying to find a place to belong

However, due to a power mishap, he landed in jail due to flashfreezing an orphanage where he still remains...until he was eventually recruited by The Restoration

My boyfriend managed to draw out Evan, my class of 09 oc! I gotta admit, he kinda clean though.

He's based off of a mix of a skater boy and a music boy and obviously y2k style and aesthetic

I made this guy whose name is Evan Alejandro Navarro...mostly cause I was bored and had this idea for a while.

I am not an artist, in fact I suck at art. It's just a base of the character

He is a gamer and a skater whose...really just trying to live life. He is of Hispanic descent with his momma being Sofia, a Mexican stay-at-home mom who takes no nonsense and cares for Evan, and his dad is named Ethan who is your usual blue-collar dad who works at a autoshop.

He is seen either playing on his psp or listening to music, as that usually keeps him calm, sarcastic and can turn manipulation around subtly

He has experience with adhd and Adderall and is prone to anger issues but he learned to keep himself calm...usually
